 When many people talk about adding AI in the workplace you seem to get more concerned faces than happy ones. A lot of the time the reason for this being is people are scared of what AI can do to one's job security. Many employers are starting to opt to use AI-controlled robots and machines to do the jobs because they would rather deal with the initial investment knowing they're going to be getting all of the product down efficiently.  AI in the workplace should be used smartly and effectively by employers and employees. With AI in use at work, it would open up more time for employees to come up with more ideas for the company and overall allow the employees more time to get creative. These programs should be planned very meticulously to ensure the overall success of it. Employers should be constantly reminding and showing their employees that Ai should be more of a tool than an enemy. 

 Before we talk about chatbots we must first understand what they are, what their overall purpose is, and how they can be beneficial. Chat bots according to ChatGPT are described as computer programs created to have conversations with people. Things like chat GPT and virtual assistant are created so you can ask it specific questions and within seconds it creates an answer. They allow you to get access to information faster overall.  Chatbots are game-changers in the world of AI because they help you save time when trying to search for specific things up as well as improve overall communication. One of the biggest benefits they have is that they are available for use at all times so the consumer to ask any questions when they have them. The downside to this a lot of the time is that you are often talking to Artificial intelligence instead of actual customer support representatives.  Conventional AI typically focuses on statistical models and particular algorithms. They are more focused on a system with rules set in place. Conventional Ai also has very accurate defined tasks, Chat GPT is described more as generative AI which means it understands and gives you human-type answers. When attempting to combine these two it can often have its great benefits by improving your customer support, things with healthcare as well as education. Some experts often claim that conventional AI often does the thinking and Chat GPT does more of the talking. An example of conventional AI would be something like Siri or a specific engine that recommends something. 

 Hi everyone my name is Ivan Zuniga and I am an operations management and marketing major. I am in my senior year and have also previously played on the men's soccer team here at Benedictine. This is the first course I have taken in regards to AI but I am excited to learn more about it.   We are always hearing about all of the negative things AI can entail but if used appropriately it has large benefits to so many things. Since it came out I have been mesmerized by the capability from it in regards to completing so many things like creating a budget, certain meal plans, and finding deals for certain products. The fact of the matter is AI is our future so the more you know how to use it it is going to be to your advantage by having that skill. I believe that tools like ChatGPT will slowly start to become more incorporated into more things what those things might be we just have to wait and see,
